Placeholder and dependency fixes

Placeholder links and numbers now use reserved example values everywhere, and a development dependency carries its latest security fix.

Fixes

The QR code example in docs/features.md now uses https://example.com/app. The earlier example address belonged to a real site.
The footer’s “System status” button links to https://example.com.
The contact page and the footer use the same placeholder phone number.
Releases dated the same day are listed newest version first on /changelog and the home page.

Dependencies

Updated fast-uri, which the type checker (npm run check) uses, to a version with published security fixes. It does not ship in the built site.
