How do I set up Dimlit for the first time?
Install the app from the App Store and follow the introductory walkthrough. Dimlit asks for speech recognition and calendar access so it can transcribe spoken requests and show your daily schedule.

Install the app
Download Dimlit from the App Store and open it. The walkthrough takes a few minutes and can be skipped at any step.
Grant permissions
Dimlit asks for two permissions during setup:
- Speech recognition, to turn spoken requests into text.
- Calendar, to show your schedule when you ask for it.
You can decline either one and turn it on later. See microphone and speech permissions.
Try a first request
Tap the microphone and say something like “remind me to call the studio at four”. The reminder appears in your list.
