What should I do if voice input is not transcribed accurately?Check that microphone permissions are on in your device Settings. If accuracy stays inconsistent, speak closer to the device or somewhere quieter.
Why are my scheduled reminders not delivering alerts?Check that notifications are on for Dimlit in your device Settings, and that a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them.
What happens if the app becomes unresponsive or crashes?Open the app switcher, swipe Dimlit away to close it and reopen it. Entries are saved after each action, so they stay intact.
How do I report a bug or suggest an improvement?Send us a message through the contact page with your device model and system version. Feedback on quirks, unexpected behavior and workflow ideas is welcome.
